Gamma Horizon - Withhold Number for outgoing calls

Introduction:

• This article will take you through the process to Withhold number for any outgoing calls. 

Steps:

Steps on how to withhold number for calls from Gamma Horizon desktop client or deskphone;

1. On Horizon you can withhold your CLI when making a call by putting *67 in front of the number you wish to dial or you can dial *67 and then enter the number you wish to call with the CLI withheld after the stutter tone.
2. On the recipients end this will either show up as a Private Number or Withheld Number

Additional Information:

• Be advised it may be better to enter *67xxxx before lifting the receiver as you only get 15 seconds to enter the number if you lift the receiver, but you get 30 seconds if you don't. Once the number has been entered, lift the receiver to trigger the call or press the soft key marked "dial"
